The 100 Hearts: IEAT Tree Planting for King Bhumibol Adulyadej is organized to commemorate His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej. The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) organized this event to follow the footsteps of the late king on the occasion of the IEAT’s anniversary.

The challenge for this event is the transformation of over 500 volunteers from industrial estates into “Father’s Tree”, representing His Majesty the Late King’s strong determination to grow forests in Thailand. The transformation was conducted without previous rehearsal and each individual had different talents and characteristics; therefore the team had to find a large area inside the industrial estate to cater for this event.

As an organizer, we made a thorough research for the venue inside the industrial estate on the eastern region of Thailand. We also brainstormed for ideas to make it easiest for 500 people to transform into a tree for best result and impression.
